I've been creating D&D material for almost 30 years. The past two decades I have concentrated on campaigns useful for teaching math and science to home schoolers.
The device of D&D has been excellent for working with kids. They have taken to the campaigns with enthusiasm and come away not only with specific information in math and science but also with generalized skills for extending their math and science background.
Most rewarding.
My time is limited at the moment, however I am willing to give advice to others interested in using this genre to teach.
