It's definitely different, as you start off as this broken down war hero ( Zeke Johnson ), who spends most of his time drinking. Everyone lives in these city-like planets called colonies. Except it's no city you'd ever want to live in. After Zekes street-fight he decides to rejoin the space corps for one final mission.

There's plenty of flashbacks and a pretty good cliff-hanger ending, I'm not sure when the second part is coming out, but as this game is freeware I'd highly recommend it.
